Configuring ODA for Recruiting

Summary:

We have configured ODA for HCM, but it's not taking Hiring/Internal Candidate Experience Utterances. It works with HCM skill. Our ORC project is going live end of this month, and I have the Recruiting Admin/Manager roles. Are we missing any?
