Retainage and Tax

Summary:

We are using Complex Work orders in Oracle and have retainage on the lines. When Invoice is matched to PO Retainage is deducted automatically and Tax calulated on the net Amount. We have now received a statuary requirment to calculate Tax on gross amount and then deduct retainage.

How can this be achived using Complex Work Orders?
