The resolved and unresolved intents metrics section is showing No Data in Production

We are trying to run insights out of Production instance to check engagement for our digital assistant but the resolved and unresolved intents data section is showing "No Data Found" even though there have been interactions with the assistant. This is working in our lower environment pods so unclear if there's a process or setting that we are missing in our Prod environment. Looking for any insight on this!
