query for exit and entry dates of positions occupied by each employe that applied for a requisition

Summary:

Hi all , I came across a requirement : to pull the position entry and exit dates in the date range of application submission date of all the persons who applied to a particular requisition in a BIP report where only requistion number is the parameter.
I could come up with a logic to just pull the position exit and entry dates when the person Id is a parameter.

I used 'lag' analytic function ,
which, when I have to compare between previous position and current position it can compare with the positions of other persons if the person parameter is not there to confine it to a single person and this is the problem I am facing to which is making my logic not work.
