Date format for Eloqua Bulk API import

We're trying to create an automated contact import via Bulk API. Could you help us with the following points concerning custom date fields?

  • What are the date types can we use in the import message
  • Our date/time fields are in UTC, but Bulk API import by default receives values in UTC-5/-4. Is is possible to declare that the date value in the import message are UTC?
