Can form submissions be rejected in Eloqua?

Hi Team,

Can form submissions be rejected in Eloqua? For eg, a contact submits a form in Eloqua, and again with the exact same details, that form is submitted again, so once that is done, the form submission should get rejected, mentioning a response page like "This form is already been submitted!". Is this requirement possible in Eloqua? If yes, please mention the steps to implement the same.
