Streaming host names

Can someone from Oracle explain the design behind the host names for the streaming service?

It seems that both the public endpoints (used by e.g. Terraform and OCI console) and the private endpoints are hostnames in the same domain/zone. This causes problems when we need to connect to two private endpoints in two different VCNs in two different tenancies. There is no way to correctly expose all three zones (two private views from two different VCNs plus the public endpoints) to the on-premises network of the client.
