Disabled event types are still visible on UI

I have disabled manage event types in the 'ORA_HNS_INCIDENT_EVENT' lookup but they are still visible for employees, managers and admins when creating an incident/event. Screenshots attached.

I have tried different browsers, incognito, and cleared my cache but the issue persists.
