where is suggested candidate fetching data for experience section?

I saw in suggested candidates section, the candidate has a black bar in experience(as per oracle black bar represents strong match) when there is no data visible in experience in candidate profile? Where is Oracle AI App fetching data regarding experience?

Can Oracle AI App looks for match in attachments?

Also, will the black bar only show a full bar or full grey bar, considering 3.00 points being 3 stars. What if the match is only 2 stars out of 3?
