Agents/iBots: Allow other users to edit and save same Agent apart from owner/creator of the Agent
Description (Required): User1 has created an Agent and after sometime user1 has left the organization. User2 who has same security and Application Roles was trying to edit the Agent to incorporate new business requirements but not able to save and getting Insufficient Privileges error though Application Roles has full control on Agent and respective BI Content.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): This issue comes mainly when the owner leaves the Organization or no longer belongs to the same team. When owner of the Agent is not available then other users should be able to edit and save the Agent. Sometimes others should be change the schedule due to some technical issues in absence of owner/creator of the Agent, currently this feature is not available.

Admin of OAC intervention is required as only Admin can change the schedule or edit the Agent. It's very difficult for Admins to be on these tasks everytime.

Agree. Hopefully, Oracle fixes the problem.
